Uihlein Soccer Park Daily schedule: http://mksc.org/dailyschedule/index.html You will need to check this before you come to the park so you can see what field you play on. It gets updated daily, our scheduling software lists Uihlein 1 thru 8 which indicates how many fields we are using that night. Fields at Uihlein are named E1, E2, W4, W5, etc. There is also an update and field map on the glass at the front doors to the park.
You must be on a roster to play!

CAPTAINS: You should be sending out your player "Invites" so your roster will be official. Go to Clubhouse, Manager's Office, select Load Roster, and usually Bulk Load (even for one), is easier as all you need is a player's e-mail address. Send one out to yourself first so you can see how it works. You need to be on the player roster anyway and this is the only way you will appear. Send the player "invites" out. The player will have the option to accept or decline. Make sure they respond, or they will not be on the roster. In order for a player to be on the roster, they must accept, check off the waiver, and upload a photo.
PLAYERS: If you have a team that you play for, make sure you have accepted the "invite" from your captain, checked off the waiver and uploaded your photo. Without it, you will not be allowed to play. If you are a Free Agent player waiting to hear about your status, we usually get everyone to play. The dust will settle and you will hear details before the end of the month. When you receive an "invite", be sure to respond with your acceptance, waiver and photo. If you still need to upload your photo, log in, select PROFILE, and upload your photo. It must be on the roster for the referee to check you in.

Mt. Mary College
A reminder to all socccer players that play at Mt. Mary College: The only parking allowed is on the college driveway to the north of the field. DO NOT PARK on the south side of the field. There is no drinking of alcohol allowed at the college. Please use the bleachers on the north side of the field. Please respect the neighbors and keep quiet in that area. Any more complaints to the Alderman and we lose a good soccer field.
Referees
Referees need to create an account, checking the "referee" role at role selection. Once authorized (by Curt or Scott for security purposes), they can go to "Game Management" under "Referee's Tent" to search for their game. Finding the game allows them to examine (and print) the roster, as well as score the game on completion. Print this roster and bring to the game. With this system, Managers should NOT have to bring their own roster as all finalized rosters should be in place by next week. Steps are as follows:
1. Login
2. Go to the clubhouse
3. Under "Referee's Tent" See the game management page .
4. Find your game by looking for games for a league or date.
5. One you find your game, click "Score"
6. Enter all the information required and click update to score the game.

Player Accounts
Player must create an account with the link at left. Once your account has been created, check your invites to make sure a manager hasn't sent you a session invite you need to Accept. Accepting invites will officially attach you to the roster for the selected team and allow you to update your profile with valid information used by the referee at gametime.
